How much sleep does a child need?

Limit the things which may cause less sleep

  • Watch out amount of Television time they watch
  • Mobile the sleep destroyer keeps away from online videos, games or any screen which stresses on a brain.
  • Do not inference activities during nap time.
  • Go on walk or play before sleep time so that your child gets ready to sleep

Always watch out for clues like whether your child is tired, yawning, lack of focus or cranky because at the end of day you can only understand your child better
